LISC Bay Area launched EBHO’s first Faith and Housing cohort in 2020. In the last 5 years, the program has expanded from its initial start in Alameda County to the 9-County Bay Area and has now supported 40 organizations, completed construction on 12 units, and is supporting 20 active projects with a pipeline of over 1,200 units.

This virtual panel will dive into the lessons they’ve been learning along the way, including the importance of a robust discernment process, the right developer partner, and resourcing.
