Join MidPen Housing and the City of Livermore for Avance’s Grand Opening!

Avance provides 44 units (and one manager unit) of much-needed affordable housing paired with supportive services for individuals living with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). This 100% I/DD community offers 12 Studio apartments and 32 one-bedroom apartments.

Avance is the result of thoughtful planning and close coordination with the City of Livermore, the County of Alameda, the Regional Center of the East Bay, and community members. Careful consideration was given to the site’s design and unit design to ensure they best meet the needs of the residents and respect the character of the existing historic home.
